The problem
Most agencies have a clean process for invoicing their own clients. Receiving invoices from their contractors is the opposite — hours manually copied out of Clockify into Word docs, exchange rates Googled, VAT and IRPF calculated by hand, and every PDF arriving in a slightly different format. The result is a monthly accounting headache that nobody signed up for.
What we built
We built the Contractor Invoice Generator: a tool that reads approved Clockify timesheets and produces a standardised, tax-ready PDF in under ten seconds. Currency conversion uses live ECB exchange rates. Tax logic for VAT, GST, and IRPF is built in. Every invoice the agency receives lands in the same shape.
